Our Beliefs
As a team and family, we believe that no-person is broken, damaged or done; rather that fitness is a life-long journey and we’re all at different stages.
We understand that everyone has busy lives, varying priorities and therefore different goals. The CrossFit methodology is based on proven exercise science principles and empirical evidence that will ensure every person gets the best results from maximum effort in minimal time.
Our sessions are built around a community of like-minded people who want to give themselves the best possible body and mind. When you join our gym, you’ll have fun, sweat it out, and feel safe in a community environment.
We are good at what we do, but we are also real. So come as you are, whether it be in your favourite Lorna Jane or Nike active wear or an old T-shirt with your kid’s puke stains on it. We want you to know that we’ve got your back and we can’t wait to coach you through the next stage of your fitness journey.

Our Ethos defines the spirit of our culture and is central to our vision and values. When we reach the understanding that our health must come first, that is the point when sustainable life-long change can occur – that is the REVELATION.
